– We deliver a monthly and annual report of expenses and income (profit & loss);

– We prepare 1099 forms at the beginning of the year to be given to your accountant who will file your income tax;

– We take care of any maintenance (charged to the owner or tenant, depending on the situation) and cleaning service of the property (charged always to the tenant);

– We are in charge of collecting the monthly rent;

– We deposit the rent monthly (15th of the month) into the owner’s account; We provide an internal marketing agency to promote the owner’s property and ensure that a tenant is reached faster, generating greater returns for the property owners;

– Legal consultation free of charge in case of a possibility of eviction or other matters related to the tenancy.
